Cancellation Policy
Appointment may be cancelled 2 hours in advance. Please give at least 2 hours notice, so that I have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on my wait list. I understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it is not always possible to give adequate notice, in these situations we will work together to find a more suitable time for you. However, if cancelations occur repeatedly without proper notice, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the cost of your service and/or ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.
Late Appointments - If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late and notice has not been provided, your appointment is subject to cancelation. If tardiness becomes reoccurring a deposit may be requested in order to book you next appointment.
In the event of frequent cancelations and/or tardiness, I reserve the right to discharge you from my client list and decline future appointment request.
